By registering, subscribing, or accessing any content, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Platform.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use our services. By creating an account, you represent that:

Our IP: The Live Studios platform, including code, virtual set templates, animations, graphics, and software, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute our core technology without explicit written permission.

Your Content: You retain full ownership of all projects, broadcasts, designs, and assets you create using our tools. Live Studios does not claim any rights over your original work. However, you grant us a limited license to host, transmit, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

5. Delivery Guarantee & Support

• 5-Minute Delivery: We guarantee delivery of purchased licenses and digital assets within 5 minutes after payment. Over 99.7% of orders are delivered within 90 seconds.
• Live Chat Coverage: Our support team operates 24/7 on weekdays and extended weekend hours. While we strive for immediate responses, complex technical issues may take additional time.
• Service Levels: We aim for 99.9% uptime for core production tools. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated via dashboard at least 48 hours in advance.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Live Studios and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising out of your use or inability to use the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You use the service at your own risk.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Live Studios, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, endangers our systems, or harms other users. Upon termination, you must cease using all Live Studios materials, and any outstanding payment obligations remain due.

If you wish to terminate your subscription, you may cancel auto-renewal via your account dashboard. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods after the 7-day refund window.

9. Changes to These Terms

Live Studios may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our website. The "Effective date" at the top indicates the latest revision. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in class actions.

11. Miscellaneous Provisions

• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
