At Live Studios, we prioritize trust and transparency. You are eligible for a complete refund within 7 calendar days following the delivery of your purchased plan, add-on, or asset. This applies to all subscription tiers (Creator, Studio, Enterprise), virtual set packages, and the 2D animation suite upgrades.

What "after delivery" means: Delivery is defined as the moment you receive access credentials, license key, or the service activation email for your purchased product. Our system logs delivery timestamps precisely.

Fair & flexible conditions

To keep the ecosystem sustainable for creators, the 7-day refund window is designed to give you enough time to evaluate features like live production tools, virtual sets, and the animation suite. Even if you actively used the platform, you still qualify for the full refund — no questions asked about usage metrics. We believe in genuine satisfaction.

Note: After the 7-day period, we don't offer partial refunds, but we do provide flexible plan downgrades or credit for future services. For annual plans past 7 days, you may cancel and receive pro-rated credit valid for 12 months.

How to initiate a refund

You can request a refund easily through any of these methods:

  • Support ticket: Email our team (you'll find the contact form on our site). Provide order details.
  • Account dashboard: Navigate to Billing → Request Refund (available if within eligible period).

Our team processes all requests within 24 hours, and refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer). Cryptocurrency purchases are refunded in equivalent USD value at current market rate.

Enterprise & custom contracts

For enterprise clients with custom licensing or multi-seat deployments, the 7-day refund still applies. However, we also offer extended 14-day evaluation for Enterprise contracts upon request. Speak with your dedicated account manager for tailored refund terms that suit large-scale productions.
